Selling Land

We're looking for both raw land in need of development and finished lots ready for new homes. The transactions we make come from three different sources: straight purchase or development partnerships with landowners; market or pocket listings through realtors/brokers; and originators, or individuals who locate property for a fee.

We strive to respond to inquiries within one business day of first contact, quickly performing initial due diligence to present you with a solid, fair offer for your property. And as developers, we aim to fully entitle a property as quickly as possible. This may be as simple as filing for a building permit or it may require more time-consuming processes such as rezoning or subdivision.

Once all the required steps are complete, we're ready to build our unique brand of homes.
