The Arrisbrook Builders staff has over 25 years of experience developing land and building homes both in the United States and abroad. We are focused custom home builders and our team has delivered award-winning homes throughout the State of Maryland.

The Company’s founders derive their business ethos from years of service as officers in the United States Marine Corps and United States Army. As former Logistics and Combat Engineer Officers, we understand the concept of service and mission execution in less than perfect conditions. Our time in the military also imbued in us a keen sense of awareness about the importance of character. We believe that our character, both personally and corporately, is our most valuable asset.

The strength of the relationships we have forged between our company and those with which we do business are our proudest measure of success. As an organization, we will demonstrate to you that we are fair in business, honest in both word and deed, and reliable in every respect.

Spencer Padgett. I graduated from the Naval Academy and spent 7 years in the Marine Corps. I’ve been applying a disciplined approach to homebuilding since starting Arrisbrook Builders. I am responsible for your complete satisfaction with the home we build for you. There are no layers and no corporate structure for you to deal with. If Arrisbrook Builders builds your home, the buck stops with me.
